SAT | PSAT 9 | PSAT 10
The PSAT and SAT are important standardized assessments that help students gauge their academic skills, prepare for future college and career opportunities, and understand their strengths and areas for growth. These assessments are administered at specific grade levels throughout high school (grades 9 - 11) and provide valuable feedback for both students and educators. While some tests are required by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE), none of these assessments negatively impact students’ grades.
Parents and guardians can help their students prepare by ensuring they are well-rested on test day and have the necessary materials, including a fully charged Chromebook, charger, water bottle, and a College Board–approved calculator (note: the test includes a built-in calculator for sections where calculator use is allowed).
