Yearbook

It is not required to have a professional take your senior portrait. We will have a school photographer take school portraits at the beginning of the school year that can be used in the Yearbook. If you do not submit a photo, or your submitted photo does not meet the outlined requirements below, then the photo taken at the beginning of the year by the school photographer will be used. If you do not get a photo taken by the school, and do not submit a senior portrait, or submit a senior portrait that does not meet our requirements, then there will be no photo of you put in the yearbook. 

Photo Requirements 

Senior Portraits submitted to the yearbook must follow all the requirements listed below: 

• Submit only one photo 
• Vertical portraits only 
• No props, hats, hoods, pets, etc. in photo 
• Minimum 2” wide, 3” height at 300 dpi. 
• File type must be a JPEG  
• File must be named: Last Name_First Name
• Photo must be submitted to Jostens with the link below
• The RRHS Yearbook reserves the right to refuse a photo not meeting requirements, specifications, or is inappropriate.

DUE DATE: OCTOBER 31, 2025Your quote should be well chosen and represent your best qualities, as it will serve as a record of who you are for years to come! The quote and accompanying photo will help others remember you after graduation. If you do not follow the guidelines below, your quote will not be included and you will not have a quote appear under your name in the yearbook. 

• All quotes must be limited to 20 words. Quotes will be edited for length and content, if need be.
• NO acronyms 
• NO profanity, slang, obscene, offensive or inappropriate language 
• NO references to cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, sex, gangs, gang-affiliated words or phrases and or cliques 
• NO language that denigrates another person's ethnicity, religious/political beliefs, sexuality, gender, physical or mental ability, etc. 
• NO derogatory comments about the school, students, or staff members 
• NO shout-outs to or about other students or teachers. This rule is in place because of the potential of a quote offending the person it references. We do not have the time to check and keep records of who does and does not approve of being mentioned in a student’s quote. 
• NO student or faculty may be quoted in the yearbook. Again, we do not have the time to check and keep records of the validity of someone’s statement. There are many great quotes that can be reflective of you, you will find them. 
• Open to all languages (we cannot accommodate special characters). Must provide English translation if using another language when submitting your quote. 
• Must provide a source for your quote 
• All quotes are subject to review by administration and the yearbook staff. Failure to follow guidelines could result in the exclusion of your quote. 

Submission Process 

Please submit all the information below by filling out the Google Form 

• *Must be on student school account*
• Your full name 
• Your quote (grammatically correct, using the punctuation you want)
• Translation (if it is not in English) 
• The Source/Author (who wrote it)
